Code of Ethics and Professional Standards for Entertainment Hypnotists
As entertainment hypnotists, we are committed to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in our practice. We pledge to adhere to the following principles:

- Respect and Dignity: Treat all participants, audience members, and fellow professionals with respect and dignity, regardless of their background, beliefs, or personal circumstances.
- Informed Consent: Obtain informed consent from all participants before initiating any hypnotic procedures, clearly explaining the process and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Honesty and Integrity: Conduct all professional activities with honesty and integrity, avoiding deceptive practices, false claims, or misrepresentation of qualifications and experience.
- Professional Conduct: Abide by all applicable laws, regulations, and venue policies while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and decorum during performances and interactions with clients, participants, and the public.
- Non-defamation: Members shall treat hypnotist colleagues without public defamation.
